Kevin is a yellow, accident-prone mobile crane from Thomas & Friends who works with Victor the engine at the Sodor Steamworks. He is enthusiastic and eager to help, but his clumsiness often leads to him dropping things, which he excuses by saying, "It was a slip of the hook!". Despite his mishaps, Kevin is well-meaning, kind-hearted, and tries his best.
