Subhadra Sen Gupta writes for adults and children but prefers to write more for young people. She has written over twenty-five books for children and her stories and novels include detective thrillers, historical fiction, ghost stories and comic books.
Right now she is waiting for someone to build a time-machine so that she can travel to the past and meet some of her favourite people - Ashoka and Noorjahan, Akbar and Krishnadeva Raya, Tenali Raman and Birbal... the list is pretty long. She loves to travel, likes chatting to autorickshaw drivers, at times forgets to comb her hair, wears very old kolhapuri chapals and adores cats. She is the author of two Foxy Four Adventures: Double Click! and Star Struck! both published by Young Zubaan.
