Author Name: C V Karthik Narayanan

An engineer by profession, Karthik Narayanan (1938) was born in Calcutta and had his early education in Tuticorin. He is an industrailist and heads industries that manufacture automobile components.

Steeped in south Indian History, its arts and culture, KN is an avid reader of all novels "Kalki' wrote, and is an accomplished mridangam player. Kn is also an enthusiastic traveller, trekking in the himalayas being his favourite hobby. He is married to Uma an accomplised translator of French and Tamil books and has a son, Ramgopal and a daughter Gayathri.
